(More customer reviews)Ordered this particular basket a full week ahead to be delivered the day before Mother's Day and even paid the extra $50 shipping for special delivery.I called on Mother's Day to find out how she enjoyed the gift basket and was shocked and embarassed to hear that it never arrived.I canceled my order immediately.Received a phone message the next day stating that they would send it the next day with no charge for shipping and handling.I returned the call and spoke with customer service to let them not to bother and suddenly the connection was broken!I promptly called back, asked for the same rep, and told her to cancel my order ASAP.I will not do business with this company again.
