Trust me this stuff is addictive.Personally I love it straight or maybe on a tortilla chip but my kids prefer it on their turkey sandwhiches instead of mayo.Recntly I have begun putting it in my potato sald and the ladies at church are all "ga-ga" over it.The mouth feel of this product is perfect and I find the salt level much more acceptable than the russian Sevruga I normally eat.If you get a chance mix a quarter cup of black truffle oil in with 250grams of the Iranian Sevruga, freeze it and then serve it as a savory granata...STELLAR!!!
