I am a previous gift basket purchaser and I received an email on friday offering 5 to 9 dollars extra ( on the everyday price) on various chocolate and snacks gift baskets. It came in time for me as I was planning to balso uy some of these for my coworkers for thanksgiving. I bought 7 baskets(including this) and saved 39 bucks.
and Amazon is offering free shipping on these. Seems Amazon is offering discounts on a daily basis on these baskets. Because today I saw a ghirardelli star box on sale which was on sale on friday.

Mark : I think you checked your email next day or later. Because I bought this bakset ( 2 of these ) at 29.75 on friday. May be you can call customer service and get that discount. Amazon is very good in doing that:-).
