How to be a HEALTHY vegetarian?


You can have proteins from some vegetable such as , beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, eggplant, green peas, green pepper, kale, lettuce, mushroom, ...

No need taking vitamins.

Fish is animals for sure, do not take it.

I'm not a vegetarian. But I try avoid to eat meat.

Do you know that now you can have vegetarian food in can ?

Also, you can find artificial vegetarian meat that producing from plant, vegetable,..It's good idea to do that. Because, don't kill animals.
